When can I return an item?
You can return an item bought online for any reason within 30 days from the day you received it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, free from marks and retains all original packaging & labeling. When returning an item, all promotional items must be returned with them.Boxer shorts and other forms of underwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. 

How can I return an item?
You can send your returns by post or courier to our store address. Please ensure your package is adequately insured as we are not liable for items until they are signed for at our offices. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward with a returns form enclosed in your package.We recommend that you use a carrier that will provide a traceable return process as until the parcel is received in our warehouse it remains your responsibility.
